McConaghy Properties was founded in 1969 as a family company, and after 50 years in business is now an end-to-end fully integrated retail investment, development and management business.

McConaghy Properties has grown to become a major investor in regional Australia, currently managing a portfolio of convenience-based shopping centres with funds under management of $600M AUD and servicing in excess of 14 million customers every year. 

The retail portfolio includes Castletown Shoppingworld (Townsville), Lismore Shopping Square, Kingaroy Shoppingworld, Westlands Plaza (Roma), The Ridge Shoppingworld (Toowoomba) and Toowoomba Plaza.
