MJLM is a federal services firm dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for both the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and its military departments, and the United States Department of Labor (DOL). MJLM provides engineering, logistics, RESET, testing and repair, education, and training services to federal government agencies prime contractors servicing government agencies. 

Established in July 2003, MJLM began working in the federal space performing engineering and technical services by providing subcontractor support to the Government through developing an Integrated Family of Test Equipment (IFTE) weapons platform, Support of Support Test Program Set (TPS).  As the company expanded, we developed capabilities in prototype development, as well as weapons system and component level maintenance, repair, sustainment, and logistics. To support our efforts, MJLM built a workforce of highly-trained engineers, logisticians, technicians, and administrative professionals committed to supporting the requirements of customers in government and industry. 

In 2004 we expanded our federal services division to include education and training services, acting as the National Career Technical Training Support Contractor for the DOL’s Job Corps program nationwide. Today, MJLM provides total operations support for Job Corps centers across the country, including the implementation and oversight of Career Technical Training (CTT) programs. Our extensive history working with the DOL, including serving as the National Career Technical Training Support Contractor for the National Office of Job Corps from 2004-2008, affords us the ability to create and implement programs with an emphasis on achieving center efficiency and student success.
