Public sector focus MCCI specializes in publicly-funded heavy infrastructure, municipal, health care, education, and airfield projects, presenting ongoing opportunities with government and public agencies that require qualified union labor and equipment-intensive execution.

Union workforce leverage With a union-based workforce and a fleet of around 50 major earth-moving machines, MCCI can coordinate turnkey or subcontractor roles for large-scale infrastructure wins, appealing to clients seeking established labor relations and equipment readiness.

Strategic partnerships Recent collaborations with major players like Intel and Gilbane indicate a track record of teaming with industry leaders, suggesting potential for joint bids or preferred contractor status on complex projects.

Regional scale Operating with 11-50 employees and a revenue range of 10M–25M positions MCCI as a mid-market builder capable of bidding mid-to-large public projects, while offering responsive, hands-on project management.

Capability breadth Capabilities spanning site work, underground utilities, structural concrete, paving, earth retention systems, and underground municipal utility construction enable cross-sell into multiple public sector program areas and maintenance contracts.
