Ellen M. McDowell, Esq. and Rachael B. Brekke, Esq., partners of McDowell Law Firm, both graduated from Rutgers University Law School and have been practicing law in the South Jersey area and the Greater Philadelphia region for many years. 


In 1996, Ellen opened McDowell Law P.C. in her hometown of Maple Shade. Since then, she has been pleased to represent clients and work with her dedicated team. Rachael joined the firm in 2017 and became a shareholder in 2023.
