Since our inception in 1975, McDugald-Steele has integrated a full suite of landscape services that encompass creating, constructing and managing many of the finest residential and commercial gardens in our region. Creating Every garden we design is a unique creative expression. Our services start with a client's vision and our thorough appreciation for the site and its architecture. We often work hand-in-hand with architects, interior designers, and other experienced consultants to create design concepts and turn them into master plan documents. Through careful planning we can create outdoor rooms that compliment and extend interior living spaces that are ideal for outdoor entertaining as well as spaces for quiet contemplation and repose. We have experience working within the LEED certified project requirements and have an ongoing effort to educate our staff on sustainable design, materials and products. Our design work goes well beyond the layout and planting of a garden as we develop detailed designs and drawings of every constructed element of the landscape. Constructing Working closely with our design team, every aspect of the design is interpreted and precisely constructed by our hardscape and planting divisions. We utilize some of the industry's finest stone masons, carpenters, metal-smiths, outdoor lighting and swimming pool craftsmen. Our project management team coordinates the seamless execution of all construction efforts to ensure each client's satisfaction. Managing Extraordinary gardens evolve, change and grow. After construction is completed, we continue our involvement in each gardens development by recommending one of our garden management programs to steward the growth of your evolving landscape.
