McElhatton, the founding partner, is an experienced attorney who has been recognized by his peers as an exemplary attorney with the highest standard of ethical conduct. Dan’s practice includes Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and Client Counseling. Debra Binnig-Moshinski concentrates her practice in the area of domestic relations, including divorce, custody, and child support. Her experience includes civil litigation and criminal defense. Debra’s civil litigation background includes civil rights, personal injury, land use and commercial litigation. Debra also serves as Solicitor in Montgomery County for a local child welfare agency’s Unaccompanied Refugee Minor’s Program. Jared N.
