Dan’s practice includes Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and Client Counseling. Debra Binnig-Moshinski concentrates her practice in the area of domestic relations, including divorce, custody, and child support. Her experience includes civil litigation and criminal defense. Debra’s civil litigation background includes civil rights, personal injury, land use and commercial litigation. Her criminal defense experience includes misdemeanor and felony matters in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Debra also serves as Solicitor in Montgomery County for a local child welfare agency’s Unaccompanied Refugee Minor’s Program. Jared N. Klein focuses his practice on real estate, zoning and land use issues. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in the area of zoning and land use. Jared is experienced in counseling employers regarding human resources and personnel issues, and the litigation of employment and business litigation claims in state and federal court.
