On August 14th, 1985, Wade and Janet McGuinn stepped out in faith to start McGuinn Homes. After 11 years in the furniture business and a path toward ministry, Wade discovered a new calling—helping families achieve homeownership through new home construction. What began as a small local business quickly became a mission field of its own. It’s a place where relationships were built, communities were strengthened, and values were lived out daily.
