McIlvain & Associates LLC is a full service CPA firm dedicated to being your tax planning, accounting and financial partner.  We believe that a “whole picture” approach is vital for current and long term financial management and growth. We persist in professional and technical education to stay current in the ever-changing tax regulatory environment, and maintain open communications with our clients to adjust strategies to meet their goals.

We offer a wide range of tax, CPA advisory, tax return preparation and accounting services and are here year-round to assist you.  Many of our clients tell us that they appreciate feeling like they have a “Concierge CPA” that understands their individual needs and genuinely cares about them and their bottom line.  

Sandra McIlvain founded the firm in 1988 with a vision to create a home-like atmosphere for her client visits, coupled with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.  This culture remains in place, even after Sandy's retirement in July, 2021.  Our managing partners are now Kelli Hoffman and Tasha Whiddon. Both, hand-picked and mentored by Sandy from within her staff.  Under Kelli and Tasha's leadership, our firm has now moved to Kimball Avenue in Southlake after purchasing land and overseeing building of our new offices.
