As supply falls and demand for new housing and retail space rises, we sell the property to homebuilders and commercial developers at retail prices.   

McRae Gomez Companies has closed more than one billion dollars in transactions since 1989. We engage in joint-venture equity partnerships with qualified financial partners including equity funds, pension funds, family trusts and high net-worth individuals for transactions that require $2M-$25M in capital.
