MCS Biotech Resources, LLC (MCS) provides needed resources to the biotech industry in three distinct ways.  First, through MCS Consulting, MCS provides an array of services to assist expert medical consultants in managing their consulting business.  These services include contract negotiation and review, client billing, monthly summaries of consulting activities and year-end reporting as an aid to tax return preparation.  Our goal is to enable our consultants to concentrate on their clients and leave the “back office” functions to MCS.  In addition, MCS provides access to this group of talented consultants, the MCS Consultant Network, to its other clients.  Second, through the MCS Incubator, MCS provides emerging biotech companies a menu of vital incubator services as well as access to the MCS Consultant Network.  The goal of MCS is to give these companies what they need to accelerate their growth and, ultimately, to succeed.  Third, through MCS Capital, MCS provides seed capital to selected biotech companies that are being supported through the MCS Incubator.  MCS Capital also provides assistance to such companies in securing additional financing.
