MD TLC’s program physician, Dr. Dianne Quibell, MD, is an internationally recognized cosmetic laser surgeon, Vice President of the American Board of Laser Surgery, and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She is passionate about the MD TLC philosophy and firmly believes in education and compassion for the patient before and after treatment.

Established in 2000, MD TLC was founded on the “look good, feel good” philosophy. Flo Goshgarian, President and Owner of MD TLC, proudly believes that the patient is of the utmost priority.
