MDFirst Research is a clinical research center committed to helping sponsors meet and exceed their patient recruitment, quality assurance and data integrity goals efficiently. The center comprises of a network of family physicians in primary care as well as urgent care settings, pulmonologists, Cardiologists, gastroenterologists, nephrologists, general surgeons, vascular surgeons and pain management physicians with extensive experience in conducting phase II to phase IV clinical trials of medications as well as devices. We have highly motivated investigators and very dedicated co-ordinators who take pride in high enrollment and patient retention with minimal failure rate. All the study staff are GCP trained and strictly adhere to the study protocols. 
We are located at the heart of Lancaster city in South Carolina approximately 5miles from local airport and approximately 40 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Closest hospital is Springs Memorial located within 3 miles. We have 2000sq ft. office space with  four dedicated exam rooms, one procedure room, a dedicated monitoring room with Internet access, copier-printer-scanner-fax. We have all the necessary equipment required for any clinical trial including restricted access drug and ancillary supply room, -20deg refrigerator, remotely monitored temperature system, centrifuge, small CLIA waived lab, phlebotomy room, X-Ray room with state of the art GE machine, EKG, Spirometry, Ultrasound, echocardiogram and vascular study facility, Some of the other services provided in this physician network include endoscopy, colonoscopy and sleep study. If there is a need for CT scan, Dexa-scan (Bone density) or MRI, it can be done at the local radiology center. 
The regulatory process is controlled centrally and we boast of quick turnaround time of 5days. We are capable of conducting inpatient, ER as well as out-patient studies in ambulatory setting. We can use both Local as well as central IRB for the studies.
