MDH Partners (“MDH”) is an entrepreneurial firm started in 2005 by former executives of M.D. Hodges, one of the leading developers of industrial properties in metro Atlanta from the 1960’s through the early 2000’s. In 2014, MDH invested $200+ million of equity with a major institutional partner by acquiring and developing industrial buildings throughout the Southeastern U.S.  The JV successfully acquired more than 100 buildings totaling 14 million square feet of space, spread across 8 states and sold the entire portfolio to an affiliate of The Blackstone Group.  In March 2019, MDH launched a new investment vehicle, a $350 million closed-end real estate fund focused on value-add industrial throughout the Sunbelt and in 2021, MDH Partners will raise $575 million for their second value-add fund. In total, MDH Partners has participated in over $4 billion (75 million square feet) of acquisitions, developments, and asset management as an advisor and investor.
