The audit will provide detailed information regarding how energy is currently used, as well as some information on what can be done to reduce consumption. MPBAS has developed an in-house energy program that can reduce energy bills 15-20% or more. Our unique approach provides peak limiting reducing demand charges without sacrificing tenant comfort. peak limiting is customized for each customer’s unique needs and works with any facility regardless of the existing control system.
