MedCall NorthWest is a professionally managed healthcare staffing company, established in 1999, delivering short and long-term nursing and medical specialty staffing services. We have gained a reputation for excellence and have recruited medical and safety professionals throughout Oregon, Idaho and Washington.

MedCall NorthWest is a women owned business and in the recent years we have seen that a number of corporate driven staffing companies are relocating to our area in droves.  We feel like we have something unique that other larger companies don't have, a  relationship with our employees and clients. Since MedCall NorthWest is located in the areas that we staff we have the luxury to get to know our employees and clients and value that one on one communication. When an employee or client calls with a requests or concerns, they get a real person on the other end of the phone not a answering service, and we make every effort to answer and solve these requests in real time.
