Mediation Services assists those experiencing conflicts. We help people explore options and create their own solutions to disagreements. We provide a safe, neutral environment where trained volunteer mediators lead people through discussions to assist them in resolving their differences. Mediation Services helps disputing parties work together to find a resolution. 

Mediation Services is a non-profit agency supported by a team of over 60 State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) trained volunteer mediators. We are part of a network of Michigan community mediation centers helping people resolve both private and court-referred conflicts. We provide mediation education training for individuals, businesses, and organizations.

To serve the residents, businesses, and organizations in Ottawa and Allegan Counties by providing professional and affordable alternatives for conflict resolution through facilitation, mediation, and training.

Our Vision:

To resolve conflicts by restoring relationships through dignified, neutral, and confidential mediation conversations, leading to mutually satisfactory agreements.

Our Goal:

 To bring peaceful resolution to conflicts.
