Medica Development was founded in July 2007 by veteran healthcare architect William W. (Bill) Persefield, AIA, ACHA, ASHE, NCARB as a real estate development company with the deliberate focus of meeting the operations-driven real estate and facility needs of a wide variety of healthcare service providers. We are involved nationwide in the development of de novo healthcare facility projects for care providers who generally prefer to lease the medical facilities that they operate and manage.
