The basic tenets of this model include: Re-Negotiate Managed Care Contracts Improve Coding Practices Improve Billing and Collections Procedures Annual Fee Structure Evaluation Improve Accounting Procedures and Financial Analysis This model has been very successful with other practices. Although many larger practices have achieved similar results, it is difficult for small to medium sized practices to develop a proficient management team. For example, it would be difficult for a small practice to obtain a chief executive officer (CEO), chief financial officer (CFO), chief operations officer (COO), human resource (HR) director, facilities manager, and everyone else needed to successfully accomplish your goals. However, our company creates an economy of scale which enables smaller practices to afford the planning and oversight of all these management specialists.
