Our cleanroom molding capabilities include insert molding and over molding small parts and luers, and working with thermosets, thermoplastics, and bioabsorbable polymer materials. Molding of parts weighing less than one gram and the ability to measure just 0.10 mm is our specialty. Manufacturing takes place in one of our ISO 13485 Certified Class 7 cleanrooms providing full turnkey service to our customers.
