MediStreams is a healthcare payments and remittance automation processor that streamlines inefficient processes to reduce the time and cost of getting paid. We provide outsourced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services for healthcare providers such as health systems, hospitals, clinics, physician groups, labs, and clinics.  Despite significant advances in technology, RCM in the United States is unique and extremely complex.  
Although there has been a push for insurance payments to be made electronically, there are still many that arrive in the form of paper Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) combined with a traditional paper check. The Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) do arrive electronically and the funds are deposited to the provider’s bank, but they still must be managed and combined with other payment types to create a file that can be posted into the providers practice management software.   MediStreams is now helping the industry embrace new payment technologies that leverage existing credit pipes while managing protected healthcare information.
