Meehan, MAI, AI-GRS in 2017, Meehan Valuation is engaged exclusively in providing USPAP-compliant appraisal reports for lending, reviews, purchase price negotiations, equitable distribution, eminent domain, tax assessment, estates, gift & inheritance tax purposes. We have vast experience in appraising a wide variety of property types including: retail, office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, self-storage, mobile home parks and special purpose properties. We also have extensive experience with new construction residential subdivisions, condominiums and apartments. 

Mr. Meehan formed Meehan Valuation in order to meet the growing needs of clients by preparing quality reports in a timely fashion at competitive prices utilizing the most advanced technology and appraisal practices available. 

Our core markets include the entire state of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, New York City, and Southern New York State.
