An Atlanta-based designer, Mel personally sources the finest European leathers, fabrics and hardware for her collections, all of which are handcrafted in the Mediterranean region of Alicante, Spain.

A marketplace saturated with “one-size-fits-all,” flashy merchandise ultimately inspired Mel to change the way that shopping is perceived, and to create an experience that is driven by personal attention and relationships. She laid the groundwork for her business during her last semester at Emory University, and officially launched the brand with the first collection of handbags in the fall of 2009.
