Founded in 2000, MELT (www.meltatl.com) is a sports, sponsorship, event, experiential, social and NIL marketing agency. This includes MELT’s 20-year representation of The Coca-Cola Company, activating 18 Final Fours, 8 seasons of ESPN College GameDay, Fifa, MLB, MLS, Nascar, PGA, and Olympics. MELT has produced. more than 10,000 events, tours and campaigns. 

MELT is a full-service agency offering services including brand strategy, event and experiential marketing, social and digital content production, retail and shopper marketing, sports property and sponsorship strategy and execution. 

Thompson also created one of the country's most successful internships, MELTU, based on his experience of working his way through Auburn University as a student assistant in the Sports Information Department. MELT University has guided 1000s of college students with career advice, podcasts, weekly newsletters, videos and resume coaching. In 2020 Thompson published "Build Brand YoU". MELT also helped launched the Jboy Show podcast, which sold to The Daily Wire and SANIL, a student-athlete NIL marketing agency and produced the first-ever student-athlete summit.
