Value Management
MENG Analysis specializes in public facilities with great experience in educational, institutional,  transportation, transit and water resource sectors. Setting the standard for creativity and successful integration of Value Management, we emphasize function and the balance of quality and cost.

Constructability Review
Our unique system for CR includes checklists for all disciplines with interdisciplinary workshops to identify issues that may lead to RFI's, change orders and claims prior to bidding each project.

Commissioning
We are Building Performance Advocates for our clients.  We guide our clients through the development of clear and quantifiable Owner Project Requirements (OPR) to ensure consistency in Basis of Design (BOD). We document system performance according to design specifications from early design review, through system startup, functional testing and post-occupancy phases. 

Facility Condition Assessment 
Multi-disciplinary teams work together in the field as they visit each facility.  Both qualitative and quantitative assessments provide meaningful cyclical renewal data for major maintenance and capital planning. 

Cost Analysis
Experienced cost engineers provide accurate analysis and estimates that are reflective of local, current construction market conditions. Cost estimates provided at all levels: conceptual - change order review.
