Mancinelli, which later became Mentis Law Group, PLC, a business and consumer law firm specializing in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy; wage and hour cases; personal injury including auto accidents, slip and fall and dog bites; employment actions such as sexual harassment and discrimination; commercial and civil matters including but not limited to civil litigation, contract preparation and review, business formations such as incorporation and LLC; collection matters; issues regarding contracts and interpretation; and trust and estates (estate planning).
