MEPC is a Riyadh-based provider in aviation and aerospace component manufacturing that focuses on depot-level maintenance and overhaul services for military aircraft engines. Formed in 1992 as an Economic Offset Company under Saudi Arabia's Economic Offset Program, it operates within a framework designed to foster long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations between foreign and Saudi partners. The company has a longstanding relationship with the Royal Saudi Air Force, delivering MRO for the F100-PW-220 engine used on RSAF F-15 aircraft and producing more than 680 F100 modules to date. It has extended its capabilities to the RSAF RB199 engine for Tornado and is developing maintenance capacity for additional engines such as the T-56 and PT6A-62, operating from a facility in Riyadh near the King Khaled International Airport Industrial Area. The facility supports its depot-level MRO work for RSAF and related activities in the region.
