The partners of Meristem l Cresset were early adopters of the independent advisory movement, creating their first firm, Advisors Financial Services, in 1999.  A merger in 2003 created the Sage Partnership which later successfully acquired the Sargent Management Company, a 40-year-old family office. In June of 2022, we merged with Cresset Asset Management, creating Meristem l Cresset.
