Merit Court Reporters has over 45 years of service to the legal community. The firm was organized in 1962 by Charlie Kee and Vince Meyer, and at that time it was named “Federal Reporters.” Gaylord Sturgess joined the firm in 1966, and the name was changed to “Kee, Meyer, Sturgess.” In 1976 Larry Shetter joined the group, which then became “Kee, Meyer, Sturgess, Shetter.” As Gloria Carlin, Joe Hendrick and Suzanne Small joined the group, and Charlie Kee and Vince Meyer retired, the name was changed in 1986 to “Merit Court Reporters.” Our certified shorthand reporters are highly experienced and committed to accuracy and stand ready to meet all your reporting needs.
