Merla® brand was registered in 1937 to developed products that throughout the years have been robust, reliable, and manufactured with the highest quality standards.  

Nowadays, Merla LLC is a Texas based company dedicated to design and manufacture Choke Valves and Actuators for the Oil & Gas industry. 

Merla has also developed and integrated customized Automation Solutions to measure, monitor, and control process variables at Oil Production applications. Merla continues working on innovating its Automation Solutions offering.

We design, manufacture, and test products to meet national and international standards. For these products to operating within their normal specifications, they must be properly installed and maintained. 

Merla achieves customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding requirements in terms of quality, function, and delivery. We commit continual improvement in every aspect of our business through the involvement of customers, employees, and suppliers. 

We support the procedures described herein and recognize our responsibility to assure customer’s compliance. Each person having responsibility under the quality system shall perform work in accordance with our management system and relevant procedures. 

Our suppliers are selected and shall follow Merla’s General requirements for the supplier of Critical-To-Quality products & services. These are selected based on quality delivery performance, cost, customer service, and support of Merla LLC. 

All materials used in our valves comply with NACE 0175, ISO 15156 (Latest edition) to protect against corrosion. QMS under ISO9001:2015.
