Meruelo Enterprises, Inc. (MEI) is a proud Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and leader in integrated construction solutions. 

MEI was created in 1999 upon entering the growing utility construction industry by acquiring Herman Weissker, Inc. 

Since then, we have expanded our portfolio of companies that include: Doty Bros. Construction Company, Tidwell Excavating, Select Electric, Neal Electric and HW Power. Our core values are: Safety, Integrity and Quality. 

We pride ourselves in providing planning, construction, engineering, design and management services for large scale public and private projects serving the gas, electric, water utilities, transit construction services and high-tech installations.
