I am a Marin-based weight-loss coach and the founder Metabolic Reset, LLC.  Since I formalized the business in 2007, I have successfully treated well over 500 clients from the Bay Area and throughout the country.  My proprietary weight loss program includes a combination of healthy foods, personalized nutrition, hormone balancing, exercise and sustainable lifestyle changes with the goal of maintaining an ideal weight.  In guiding each client’s personalized plan, I draw upon decades of coaching experience to help people achieve a balanced, healthy lifestyle to achieve life-changing results.    
In May, I published a book. Stop the Torment: Conquer Your Relationship with Food that provides information, stories and exercises designed to help people understand the deeper relationship people have with food.  My work includes helping clients make small shifts into their daily eating behaviors that support weight loss and weight maintenance.
