Metalysis utilizes single-stage, solid-state technology to produce valuable periodic critical metal powders, alloy powders and refractory high entropy alloys.  Metalysis's unique patented technology brings unique qualities to each of the metal powders that it produces - so catering to the exacting demands of advanced manufacturing.  

Developed at the University of Cambridge, Metalysis technology provides a more environmentally friendly and efficient process compared to traditional metal powder reduction methods.

With commercial partners across industry, government and academia, Metalysis uses its process to produce powders primarily for electronics, additive manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, defence and space sectors.

Metalysis' ongoing work with the European Space Agency and Thales Alenia Space is able to capture oxygen from lunar regolith - whilst leaving valuable metal powders - which meets the needs of moon and space exploration.
