We employ a fully trained team of uniformed Installation and Service Technicians that are based in regional offices nationwide. We also cover an extended territory around each regional office, so there is virtually no location we cannot reach.

They use a state of the art work order system and have comprehensive diagnostic and troubleshooting information at their fingertips via laptop or tablet computer and smartphones. All of our technicians complete a training regimen of close day-to-day, hands on work with a General Motors Certified Master Electrical Technician before going into the field alone. Many of our technicians are certified by different organizations including the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and the Consumers Electronics Association (CEA).
