For 40 years we’ve been designing safety gates to secure the ledges of pallet drop areas on elevated mezzanines, production platforms and rack picking systems and more. Our safety gates, including the original Roly® Safety Gate, provide fall protection in hundreds of material handling and manufacturing facilities in virtually every industry.

Our pallet drop safety gate designs create controlled-access areas with dual, counterbalanced gates to ensure one gate is always in place to secure the ledge. All of our safety gate models are designed to meet or exceed the appropriate OSHA and IBC codes as well as ANSI standards for elevated work platforms. We also offer safety gate models for loading docks as well as dock-lifts.

Custom designing safety gate solutions is our specialty. We know that no facility is the same, and that pallet drop safety gates in standard sizes or configurations may not work for your requirements. If one of our designs will not fit your application, we design a solution that works. Our engineers love a challenge, and have been customizing specific solutions in a variety of industries.
