Starr Insurance is a full service independent insurance agency providing quality coverage to over 7000 individuals and businesses in south-central PA, MD, VA and WV. That philosophy must be working as the agency has continued to grow it’s customer base since it began in 1989 with most of those new customers being referred by our existing clients.
