Michael James Industries is a heating and air conditioning company that was founded in 1999 to provide high quality service and maintenance to customers on Long Island, the five boroughs, Lower Westchester, and Northern New Jersey.  We concentrate in the commercial and industrial segments of our region where we provide emergency service, Service Agreements, design build capabilities, energy audits, remote monitoring, retro-commissioning services, Indoor air assessments, renewable energy projects.  All MJI employees are continually trained in their area of expertise to ensure that they can keep up with the ever changing technology in our industry.  We have invested in technology that allows us to maximize energy efficiency, comfort, and lowest operating costs in our customer’s facilities.
