With the Michael Scott team, you experience a fresh, rich, abundant and vibrant couture brand unlike that of any other - one that just happens to be Kosher. ⸻ 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Act as the right hand to the CEO: manage calendar, email, travel, and task flow • Coordinate all aspects of event production including timelines, staffing, rentals, and vendor communication • Liaise between chefs, operations, venues, clients, and partners • Prepare run-of-shows, client materials, and production documents • Attend and support high-profile events (nights/weekends may be required) • Keep everything running smoothly, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly ⸻ 🔹 Qualifications: • 3+ years in executive support, event coordination, or luxury hospitality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and highly proactive • Professional presence — you’ll be client-facing • Strong multitasking and project management skills • NYC-based or able to be regularly on-site (especially for events) • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends ⸻ 🔹 Nice to Have: • Experience working in catering, restaurants, or venue operations • Familiarity with production tools like Google Drive, Slack, Asana • Understanding of BOH/FOH workflows in events or hospitality ⸻ 🔹 Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience salary + event-based bonuses + growth opportunities
