Michigan Avenue Immediate Care is a walk-in health clinic that provides treatment for individuals with acute or non-emergent medical problems. No appointment is necessary and our physicians are privileged to provide quality care for Chicago's community including those who work, live, study and visit downtown.  Our clinic is conveniently located on the corner of Lake Street and Michigan Avenue, near Millennium Park and the Chicago Cultural Center. In addition to providing immediate care services, we offer comprehensive occupational health services, travel medicine consultations and vaccines, student health services and immigration medical exams. Our facility features broad diagnostic capabilities including on-site x-ray services, and a fully equipped laboratory.
