MidCoast Water provides water and sewerage services to about 40,000 households in the Manning, Great Lakes, and Gloucester communities of New South Wales. It operates five water supply schemes and sources water from Bootawa Dam (via the Manning River), the Barrington River, the Crawford River, the Karuah River, and the Tea Gardens aquifer, delivering around 8 billion litres of water annually.
