GWMWater serves a region with a population of approximately 72,000 and its activities cover some 62,000 square kilometres.

Urban water supply involves the delivery of around 10 Gigalitres of water to approximately 52,000 customers in 71 urban centres. 

Supply to Domestic and Stock customers involves bulk water delivery to about 6,800 rural customers through a pipeline network.
