MidState Medical Center is a 156-bed acute-care hospital serving communities in central Connecticut since 1998. It is the only hospital in the state offering all private patient rooms and is noted for high-quality care and strong patient satisfaction. The center provides a broad range of services, including general and minimally invasive surgery, emergency and urgent care, oncology, wound care and hyperbaric medicine, maternal-fetal medicine, sleep medicine, digestive health, pain management, neurosciences and cardiac care, with satellite offices in Meriden, Cheshire and Wallingford to expand outpatient access.
