Founded in 1966, Midtex Oil started with one small tanker and two pick up trucks delivering petroleum to farmers, ranchers and some small retail accounts.  Now, Midtex Oil has grown to include 4 warehouse facilities, 20 convenience stores, and over 250 employees

Midtex Oil is a branded distributor for Shell fuels & lubricants. Our company is driven to provide superior products and services to our customers. Our goal is to be your "one-stop shop" for all your petroleum distribution needs.

Shell branded lubricants offer a range of product for virtually any industry, including automotive, farming, trucking, mining, and manufacturing.  Midtex Oil offers a full range of services and support products to compliment the lubricants. Inventory monitoring, ISO filtration, lubrication tanks and equipment, fuel additives, fluid exchange machines, lifts, and air compressors are just a few of the products we can supply to your business.

We also offer Shell and unbranded gasoline, clear & dyed diesel, clear and dyed kerosene, Diesel Exhaust Fluid, E85, E100, and solvents. 

Midtex Oil also owns and operates 20 convenience stores through New Braunfels, San Antonio and the surrounding area.  Pit Stop Food Mart, a longstanding and well respected brand as well as Fischer's Neighborhood Market, a super sized convenience store with amenities you won't find anywhere else.
