Mighty is a strategic design group. We help our partners lead through creative action. Humans are driven to improve our lives and the world around us. Yet it is becoming increasingly clear that our dominant strategies of thinking and working cannot produce the kind of radical improvement that society needs today. We must adopt a new strategy—a new framework to routinely innovate across all sectors of society. At Mighty, we believe that design offers such a framework. Our group practices design as the driving strategy for projects and organizations, and the result is a radically different way to lead through creative action. We call this strategic design.
