The purpose of the Millard Public Schools Human Resources Division is to recruit, select, and retain the highest quality staff that is committed to supporting our District Mission. Options include neighborhood schools, Nebraska’s only K-12 International Baccalaureate Program, an accredited preschool through 8th grade Montessori program, and a Core Knowledge Program. High schools support an Advanced Placement® culture, offering 26 AP classes. High school students may also earn college credit and professional credentials through our Academies including Health Sciences, Business and Entrepreneurship, Business and Logistics Management, and Education. Millard’s strong community partnerships expand our career academy offerings to the Zoo Academy, Criminal Justice, Electric Tech, Utility, Welding, Fire and EMT, Plumbing, Auto and more. LEARNING ANYTIME, ANYWHERE Millard is a one-to-one district, allowing learning anytime, anywhere. All secondary students are given a touch screen laptop with full access to the Google G Suite for Education and Adobe Creative Cloud. Elementary students work on iPads with individual devices available for 4th and 5th grade students and laptop carts available for all grades.
