We treat depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, military life issues, relationship/divorce, bereavement, and more severe mental illness, as well as providing Life Coaching services, consulting (both personal and professional) and seminar and small class style training on a number of subjects.

Our work is client-centered; we work on goals and objectives that the client helps establish, with a variety of treatment modalities best suited to the individual's strengths and preferences. Our goal is to get you to the best place you can be in, and to help you find and maintain some inner peace. We offer life coaching for those that have heavy decisions to make or life issues that may not require longer term therapy, career counseling for those that want to reach their maximum potential, as well as traditional therapy.

Our "specialty"​ is trauma focused (domestic violence, sexual assault, and PTSD, including that which is combat related), but we have treated a variety of issues, including military related, divorce, depression, anxiety, anger management, and a variety of mental disorders that require more intensive outpatient treatment.

Our treatment methods are based on each client's needs, preferences, and strengths and are focused on building awareness, mindfulness, and success in attaining each client's individual goals, whatever those may be.
