Lead by our Principal, Ken Giglio, our experienced executive coaches link leadership to an organization’s strategic objectives. Many of our coaches have held leadership positions in business and attained coaching expertise through extensive training, many certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and/or other credentialing organizations. All coaches on our team are continuous learners and in supervision to sharpen and deepen their coaching skills and presence. Unlike other firms, we provide frequent, consistent administrative and program management oversight for corporate clients and coach partners. WHAT WE DO Our customized programs and consulting services are ideal for executives and teams in Fortune 100-500 organizations. These programs are designed to build upon our clients’ existing leadership development infrastructure, with the goal of enhancing and completing the processes and procedures already in place.
