MindSet's Leadership Training Clinics present a coherent curriculum that has been proven to strengthen the leadership skills of attendees.  Much like a sports clinic, MindSet instructors take a structured, practical, hands-on instructional approach designed to engage attendees and to maximize their opportunity to become more effective leaders.  Drawing from fourteen distinct leadership skill domains, scores of individual MindSets are taught, with attendees having the opportunity to absorb and integrate those they find compelling into their own leadership style.  For executives we offer the MindSet Leadership Series as a comprehensive offering of our curriculum and MindSet Propel as a leadership accelerator to fast track the leadership development of your front-line supervisor and rising stars.

Targeted Mini-Clinics focus on narrower skills sets and usually run from one to three hours in length.  Examples of just some of the available MindSet Mini-Clinics include: Characteristics of Great Teams…and the Poisons That Kill Them, How Humans Best Communicate, Emotional Fitness, and Mastering Conflict.

MindSet Consultation services can help to assess and address a broad range of organizational and business challenges, including envisioning the desired work culture, analysis of organizational structure, organizational change processes, staff development programs, compensation strategies, talent identification, and executive selection. 

MindSet’s Diagnostic Executive Coaching provides an independent, confidential, safe, and constructive process to develop a leader’s decision-making and interaction styles.
