He is licensed to appear before the United State Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit and all State and County Courts in Texas and Florida. Mingledorff was one of the Chief architects for the missing children legislation when he served as a United States Senate staff member. His high academic standards have been recognized nationally. Judy Mingledorff was a special crimes prosecutor in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and she was the first woman promoted to the Special Crimes Divisions in Houston. Judy was a founding member of the Child Abuse Committee Harris County District Attorney’s Office and she was appointed Special Prosecutor in Fort Bend County, Texas for investigating and prosecuting a prominent Assistant District Attorney in Fort Bend County. Judy Mingledorff is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, Texas State Bar, Florida State Bar, the Association of Trial Layers of America, and the Texas State Bar College.
