We draw from over 200 years of combined legal experience in creatively solving our clients’ issues and in understanding and achieving their goals and objectives.

Minyard Morris handles complex and conventional family law matters utilizing: (1) the Traditional Dissolution Model, (2) Mediation, and (3) Collaborative Law. We handle only matters which are within our core competence. We limit our practice to cases filed in Orange County. It is our belief that it is in a client’s best interest to retain local counsel.  There are many nuances in family law. It is important to know the local practices and the local rules.
